CUT CLUB (“we,” “us”) is operated by PUBLIC HOUSE MAX LLC in Seattle, Washington. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, reservations, and marketing programs, and how we use it.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, and phone number when you join our email or SMS list, make a reservation, fill out a form on our site, or contact us. Our website also collects standard technical data (browser type, pages visited, referring site) through cookies and analytics.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your information to seat your reservation, respond to your inquiries, send you marketing you asked for, and understand how people use our site. We only send marketing email or text messages to people who opted in.

SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING

If you opt in to text messages from CUT CLUB, we will use your phone number to send you updates, offers, and reservation-related messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who run parts of our business for us, such as our reservation platform (Resy), website host (Squarespace), point of sale, and email/SMS delivery providers. These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

Our site uses cookies and analytics tools to measure traffic and improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well without them.

YOUR CHOICES

CHILDREN

Our website and marketing are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

CHANGES

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
